KW Colorado Rocky Mountain Summit a Success

The Colorado Region of Keller Williams Realty, Inc. just wrapped up a successful 4th annual Rocky Mountain Summit. Approximately 500 Keller Williams agents gathered for the event in beautiful Keystone, CO. There was no better place for agents to take their business to the next level.

Day One
The event kicked off with keynote speaker Clint Swindall speaking about “Engaged Leadership.” Clint shared six ways to stay engaged: keeping an eye on the good stuff, creating a culture of celebration, being known as an agent of change, balancing all five areas of your life, stop being right all the time and keeping it all in perspective.

After listening to Clint Swindall, agents spent the day in the following breakout sessions:

After the keynote speech, agents participated in the Inspirational Lunch. Greeley agent, Robbie Miner, was selected as one of the 2009 Cultural Icons for the Colorado Region. Agents shared stories of personal triumph, servant leadership and putting others first. It was the perfect way to close out an outstanding event.
